1. The prize promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of Tiscali UK Limited, as well as representatives or agents of Tiscali UK Limited. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.
   
   
2. You may enter this prize promotion by answering the question correctly to be entered into the prize draw.
   
   
3. By entering the prize promotion, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.
   
   
4. There is one prize. The prize is a pair of return Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy tickets to Tokyo. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.
   
   
5. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
   
   
6. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize(s) then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant.
   
   
7. The closing date for this prize promotion is1st September (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.
   
   
8. Winner(s) will be notified by 7 DAYS AFTER of the Closing Date. To contact you we will use the contact details supplied by you when entering the prize promotion.
   
   
9. Only one entry per person is permitted.
   
   
10. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries that the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.
    
    
11. A list of winners' names and locations can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter after the Closing Date.
    
    
12. The winner(s) agree to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner's name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the prize promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use.
    
    
13. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
    
    
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
    
    
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site.

Flight T&Cs 1. The prize will consist of one pair of Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy confirmed round trip tickets to Tokyo for the named Prize Winner for travel between 30June 2008 and 30 June 2009 inclusive.
2. Travel is not permitted between 15 July and 15 September 2008, between 15 December 2008 and 15 January 2009 and between 12 March and 3 April 2009.
3. Actual dates of travel will be subject to availability & capacity control at the time of booking. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available. Popular dates (ie weekends & public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.
4. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Virgin Group or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation of and administration of this promotion or their families.
5. The Prize Winner must travel on the same flight and on the same date as their companion. If the prize winner wishes to travel alone, the second ticket will be forfeited.
6. The Prize Tickets are only valid for flights on routes operated by Virgin Atlantic and are non-transferable to any other airline, including any of Virgin Atlantic's codeshare partners and have no cash value.
7. Prize Tickets are valid for flights originating from the UK only.
8. The Prize Winner will be notified by Virgin Atlantic via written notification, confirming details of how to book the prize flights and booking conditions.
9. No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles will be awarded for travel under this competition.
10. The Prize Winner and their companion will be entirely responsible for their own accommodation, visa, passport and insurance requirements.
11. The Prize Winner and their companion will abide by and be subject to Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage, which are available from any Virgin Atlantic office. Virgin Atlantic flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
12. The Prize Tickets are for travel in Premium Economy only.
13. The prize is non-transferable to another family member or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize.
14. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled by you no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets for that calendar year will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
15. The Prize Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare mounted by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.
16. Once the Prize Tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.
17. The Prize Winner accepts the prize at their own risk.
